Noobie: Make a different screen for each platform?

Hey!
I am a noob trying to make my first game on GS.
When I open GS and try to create a new game it asks me to choose my platform and then gives me many many many options.
While I know my graphics have to be divisible by 4 in size... do I have to create the same game in iPhone 5/6/iPad/Nook etc? Or is there some way that it works on all those platforms? And then we come to Android... what size do I choose there so when Android has soooo many different sized screens in the wild?
Thanks and sorry if my question is too noobish... please feel free to point me to a 'RTFM page' or a link/URL etc
Thanks!
R

Search for Universal Binary and read up on the subject it is a big subject. In my signature below is an instruction file and you will find a lot of info about the subject in there too.

There seems to be a thread asking about this everyday now a simple search for "Universal Builds" will answer a lot for most I''m sure, but anyway here's a thread I made on how I handle this issue.

thank you
Thanks guys!
Searching isn't the issue, if you take a second away from your knowledge of GS and think about it, finding the right keywords, in this case "universal builds" or "universal binary" is kind of hard to guess
For noobs like me, it's going to take a while to get the GS lingo
Cheers!
