Making Game Scene

Hi. So I had two questions that I cannot find answers to anywhere. They seem to be innate things most people somehow know. Here are the questions:

  1. How do I zoom out on my GS editing view so I can see the entire project while I'm working on it? That way I don't have to keep scrolling left and right.
  2. Is it absolutely necessary to make the foreground of platform games double, triple, or quadruple the size of the screen field of view? I'm making a game for the macbook and the files have to enormous in order to make levels this large. Tiling works with some aspects, but the receptiveness does not look good to me.

    1. You've already asked the first question here: http://forums.gamesalad.com/discussion/74761/zoom-in-game/p1.

I think the answers to your questions are.

    1. No you cannot zoom out in gs. Try clicking in on your mouse wheel for rapid scrolling or if youre on a mac book us a two finger swipe to scroll quickly.

2.(you already asked in another thread today as well) make the graphics at the zoomed in size or OBVIOUSLY you will experience some loss.
