Issues with creating buttons

I am trying to create buttons that will redirect users to different seans but when i try to press on one of the buttons it always redirects to the first one i put on the sean so it doesnt matter which one i clicked on it always go to the same sean. I have set up a rule that says when mouse button is down change to then whatever sean you want to go to. How do i need to set this up so that it will treat each actor like a button?

use touch instead of mouse down

If you ever do use mouse down you must also put a mouse inside rule with the mouse down rule.
