Help with Swipe-able list..

I am trying to make a list that I can swipe and use the items as clickable objects. I have looked on the forums but nothing really suits my needs. Does anyone have a template or something that they know works well?

just have the list go off the screen if it's very long, and when the user touch is pressed, move the list actor left/right depending on which way they swipe
@jsorr2 it is not a list of text, but rather a list of individual buttons that can be pressed and perform actions.

@DeepBlueApps I actually downloaded this template of yours a while back and I may resort back to it. I just wanted to see if I could find this setup with swiping as the movement aside from the slider.
