APP only intalls in one Phone Model

Hi All,

Sorry for this noob question. So I created a game tester to see if I could play it on my android phones and tablets. I was successful in signing the app, but installing it created some problems on different devices:

HTC M7 (android 4.4.1): The App Installs and plays without problems

HTC Desire 200 (android 4.0.1): the App does not install
Samsung Galaxy S3 (android 4.1.1):the App does not install
ACER Tablet (android 4.1.3): the App does not install

So I am completely clueless to what is going on, some information below if it could help:

1) Settings "Install app from different sources" checked
2) My way of installing is sending the app as an attachment in an email, opening the app in the phone and installing
3) My Java development software version is 6

Please help!
