Separate chartboost for Play Store AND Amazon?

Do we have to submit different apk's for Play Store AND Amazon Appstore in order to get revenue from chartboost for these two markets? I have an app which I included chartboost for Play Store, and I uploaded this apk on both Play Store and Amazon Appstore.

But the thing is, there are three tabs on chartboost dahsboard, which are iOS, Android and Amazon, so do I have to generate another apk, which includes another chartboos app id, and then upload it to Amazon Appstore? Or is it does not make any difference if I just uploade my apk (with Android chartboost id) on the Amazon Appstore?

    @pokapola‌ I use the chartboost amazon tab for amazon, iOS for apple etc. I think Amazon sometimes rejects apps with the google play chartboost because it sends users to the google play store instead of amazon App Store.
