Chartboost ads not working properly

Does anyone know why this happens? I've managed to implement Chartboost ads on my Amazon app, the trouble is when I click on the advert it just closes and goes to the next scene without actually taking me to the sponsors app.

Another problem I have is that my game is not pausing when the ad pops up. Can anyone help with these questions?

    Hi everyone, I've been struggling with this all day....does anyone have any little tricks or tips regarding getting Chartboost ads to work for Amazon. They now fail to show up completely! I've searched all threads and tutorials and I've come to a complete brick wall...feeling completely stumped on this.

    Any help really gratefully received...
