Uploading App Through Windows To App Store

Hey guys i know i might be asking a lot but do any of you's know how to upload a game through windows or do you need a mac to do this if so could you please reply with the whole process thanks.

    Maybe try a virtual machine. Like vmware workstation 11, and use os x mavericks 10.9, update that to 10.9.5 and get xcode 6.1.1

    Not sure if you can publish, but you can definitely adhoc test your app. May as well try.
