How to stop a moving actor and score points?

Hey guys! Let's see how can i explained this clearly , Im having issues trying to set up a game , where you tap to stop a moving in which if it's stopped at a certain , specific point , you either score or lose a point/live. I can't figure out how to set it up so if stopped at the specific point, it scores.

    First I would like to recommend being more specific with the title of your post. Everyone needs help and people over pass people's threads that aren't specific and just basically say, help!

    Second, I would simply just say when players self x is >100 and self x is <150 score!
