Need help please with camera control (see template)

in Working with GS (Mac)

I have uploaded my project if anyone is willing to help. I have tried different options from different templates and can't get the camera control to work. Willing to pay a little something for your time.

    You have your camera and player/ground/etc on a non-scrollable layer move them all down to the movable layer except controls and it will work.
