Difficult Background Movement

Hello, how are you?
Im having a problem with Background Movement.
I Want a Background to move to the opossite side of my Player but slower, To create a better movement effect.So, If My plater is in the middle, the image is perfect square, if it moves to the right, the background should move to the left.
Any Clue? It sounds easy!

    Try constraining the background to player times -1 not sure but may work
