change name of app creator in app store?

Wondering how I can change the display name of the app creator in the app store? I'd prefer not to use my real name

    You need to form a registed company... so a Ltd or LLC.

    It used to be the case that individuals could use an "artist" name, but at some point Apple changed their policy, and now individuals must show as their real name.

    I'm guessing it was done to combat fraudulent developers who were putting up scam apps under various different names.
