Application Loader Error: Application Loader Is Currently Unavailable

in iPhone and Android Publishing

Hi

Try to send an app update to iTunesConnect via Application Loader Version 3.0 but getting the following error:

Application Loader is currently unavailable
We're having trouble connecting to the App Store. Please try again later.
Error Description not available

Does anybody else have this problem please? Checked on all the forums and tried all suggestions but still not letting me upload my game update and also a new game!

    could be something on apple's end. check their forums to see if anyone else is having problems maybe?
