iads quick question

on testing adhoc mode, it says i'm connected to the iad network. is that all i have to do, or do i set up a campaign in itunes connect?
I tried setting up a campaign, but it seemed like it was to make my owns ads, not to display other's ads.

You only need to set up a campaign in the iAd network if you want to advertise through iAds. Otherwise you are good to go, Apple sets up the rest for you when you submit your game for review. As long as you see the banner during Adhoc that sais connected to iAds you are good to go.
