Well, this month I'm going to do a test on good ol' Apple.

I'm going to make a simple chase the square game type in both Xcode and GS submit them to Apple, and see which one, if not both, goes through. If Apple starts rejecting GS games for no reason, then I'll be pissed at Apple because they are feeding steam to an anti-trust law suit.

Why would they reject GS?? They haven't rejected any GS games for not being objective-C

Also, if you don't mind me pointing out, whichever one they accept, the other one will be rejected, whether made in Xcode or GS, because it'd be identical...

From something my partner read to me yesterday morning, it seems that a lawsuit IS in the works - the only reason action hasn't been taken yet is that there is some disagreement about who should actually bring the lawsuit to begin with.

I'm hoping GS doesn't have any issues because of their policy, but it sure would be good if they had to stop forcing devs to use their SDK.

While you're at it buddy, please go ahead and purchase the pro license for your test....because we want to eliminate all extraneous variables from the equation. I mean, we want science. Anyone else agree?
