There is a strong chance it will be rejected, but it will depend on how thorough the reviewer you get is. There is literally no reason not to publish with the latest RC though. It should be entirely safe to do so.

Thanks, i want release my two new Games before 1th February. After must update OS to Yosemite, and this is the problem , I 've already partitioned the hard drive with Snow Leopard and Mountain Lion. Where I put Yosemite?!?!? argh....

You don't need to be on Yosemite to do anything with GameSalad. Mavericks is plenty, unless I'm mistaken.
