What to do for second app submission?

Hey guys I have a quick question. Im submitting my second iphone app so do I have to make new profiles on itunesconnect? If so, which ones? And what about the code sign? Should it stay the same always?

    I was just uploading my game and it said "Could not upload, GS terms have changed" or something like that. What am I doing wrong?

    k i figured everything out from my first post, but I still dont understand why it wont let me upload because there was a change in GS terms...
