Can't sign my apk file, and the unsigned version fails to run

in iPhone and Android Publishing

I installedsdk manager following the instruction found in the cookbook but when i try to sign the downloaded unsigned apk I can't locate the zipalign(zipalign.exe) file. I don't know why?
I'm using jdk 1.8
