Questions about sales....How quickly do they show up? AppAnnie?

I know this is me being a little impatient, but I was wondering if someone can tell me how quick sales usually show up on the apple developer charts? Do I have to wait a week and then check or does it take a couple of days....

Also- does appannie tell if your app has been featured?

You get a report every day (that you have sales/downloads) in iTunes Connect. This happens usually around midday GMT every day.

Apparently it does tell you in appannie, but I'm not sure where :-/
