PLEASE HELP "no developer identity matching the selected provisioning profile."

Hey guys, I have tried uploading my app to iTunes connect and in the process when signing the app an error comes up when i select my provisioning profile and it says:

"Could not code sign because there is no developer identity matching the selected provisioning profile."

Please help I would like to submit to reviewers soon.

    Have you ever signed anything before? You might have a duplicate certificate.

    UGH. Same issue. Have been fiddling around from 10+ hours combined and still can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I have deleted everything and started from scratch so many times. Continually get either this error or Error ITMS-4238.

    Same problem. I tried everything I could think of. Any ideas from Gamesalad team?

    You could try refreshing your profiles. Go to Xcode, then to preferences, then Accounts, then to View details, and click the refresh button. If that does not work, you are probably going to have to just make all of the provisioning profiles and certificates over again in the dev center. I had the same error message when trying to publish my first app :/ @greglevy @tbadaloff@gmail.com @NilsVeidis
