Sites for Digital Content?

Hello,

As I span further into the world of Internet besides Youtube, iTunes, Amazon and Apple, I started coming across sites like Dribbble which I enjoyed viewing. Do has anyone have any sites where they keep up to date on new music, ebooks, art, films, or places where they buy them from besides the four mentioned above?

Is digital content still big? Do you find yourself buying a lot of it? And is it convenient? Do you like some sites but don't buy form them because it looks unprofessional? Or should I just be sticking to Apple and Amazon for my digital content? Also is it better to use subscriptions?
