Photoshop options have a weird blue highlight.

Hi, sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this question but I'm not sure where else to ask: I already tried google but nothing came up.

I was designing in Photoshop CS6 when I accidentally clicked a few buttons that caused Photoshop to do something strange...
Most of the options at the top of the screen are highlighted blue. I have no idea how this happened nor how to fix it.

Any help would be appreciated!
