10mb limit, how to know once file compressed

Well I'm cutting it very close with my project to the 10mb limit, but from what I heard, once the file is compressed and exported as an app, that it's less than what the actual project size is displayed
I'm trying to maximize, and get the most out of my game, so is there a way to know before submitting the file what the actual size is of the file being exported? (from what I've heard, a compressed project is about 1mb less than uncompressed...)
