I need help with the sign your game

So, I made a game called Dodge Dem. I really want to put it in my itunes app store and the arcade here. I cannot because I can't figure out a part. The sign your game part. I looked at videos and searched and searched but it won't work for me. I am on an asus laptop if that's important. I need some real help and someone to guide me through it. Nothing will work for me! I am bummed please reply.

not really sure the issue you are having with publishing to GS Arcade but the I can tell you that you will not be able to upload to the iTunes App Store. You need a Mac and you are using a PC. This will not work!

To post/publish a game on the Arcade you don't need to sign anything, just ignore that message. Once you press Publish in the Arcade Platform its posted in the Arcade.
