Apple test account help

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM
I get this msg wherever I try to click inapp button 'the apple id you entered couldn't be found or your password was incorrect. please try again' trying to test the In app purchase, I tried two different account but same issue. I also enable 'internal tester' in itune connect. and still didnt work. plz help..........

I asked Apple regarding this. Still i do not get idea. How I test is when game is ready from GS web.. I sign-in my game App from ad hoc certifacte and install the app to my ipad through itunes. Then both score and acheivements works without any issue. But for in-app i get above error even using 2 internal testers. please help :(..

Just to be clear, when the app is tested in the sandbox environment, a test account must be used. Using a production account can result in the error you’ve described. In addition, where in app purchase is involved, if the app is being reviewed in a non-TestFlight environment, then the test account must be one that is set up using the account to which the in app purchase application is associated. This might be the problem you are reporting.

If you are the creator of the app and own the application bundle ID, and you set up testing of the app, by registering the device ID’s of the users who will be testing the app, then you must define the Test user accounts and pass them to the users who are doing the testing.

If you have done this, and the problem is different, can you be more explicit about the issue.
