Revmob ads after app is closed.

Hello....i have added revmob ads in my first app and published in goolge store ,its working fine but when the net access is slow the ads are shown up after the app is closed.so will there be any problem to my app from google store side(like suspending it).As i am new little worried about this.thanks in advance.
