Bug with Matching Actors

I'm about to pull my hair out trying out figure out why I'm seeing an issue in my game. Basically I have some rules set up where I launch a certain type of actor at a bar that is falling, it pushes it up. If the actor doesn't match, it makes the far fall faster. The problem I'm having is that when I launch the incorrect (doesn't match) block at the bar, and the next block in the sequence DOES match, the bar still gets pushed up. I've made a video showing the issue in more detail below. Any assistance you could offer would be GREATLY appreciated.
