Submitting for 4.0

Hi everyone.
I have now had an app that has been submitted and waiting for review for a week now, it was submitted lunch time on the 13th. When submitting and it asks if it has been tried and tested for 4.0, what should we be saying? Is it just referencing that you've tried the app on 4.0 software or is it asking if you've tried and tested with built-in features of 4.0? So really, should we be saying yes or no?
I said yes (feeling that was the wrong thing to do) so dont want to wait more time just for them to reject it. Any guidance here would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hello,
Apple will be releasing iOS 4 on June 21 as a free upgrade to the majority of iPhones and iPods. As a result we need to ensure that the current versions of your titles work correctly on iOS 4 before it is released to consumers.
Please install the current GM seed of iOS 4 to one of your iPhone or iPod devices and install the current version. You should then perform a run-through of the game functionality to ensure that it works as expected. Download it here https://developer.apple.com/iphone/
The inclusion of multitasking in iOS 4 means that it will be more common for the device to be starved of free memory, and in turn your game. Please ensure that you try the game with plenty of applications running in the background - Safari, Mail, SMS, Contacts, Calendar, Maps etc.
Kind regards,

I suspect the current version doesn't do the fast app switching, so if you've implied that it works on OS4, and does support those sorts of features, then I'd expect it to get rejected after a while, even if it could have already be accepted as an OS3 app.
For what it's worth, I've had even very old GS games open along with lots of other apps, and they don't seem to drag the phone down at all.
