Download game from the viewer?

One of my games got corrupted, but an okay version still works when I go to "recent games" on my viewer. Is it possible to download it and get a .gameproj file from it?

Try getting disk aid, iti should allow you to connect to the phone and browse the device, you should be able to find the view and the game project file inside. It might need you to be jailbroken though.
