(SOLVED)Problem with images when testing.

Hey, looking for a bit of help with a small issue I have. I have a rather large image, 2298 x 359 pixels. It's set to 72 DPI and works fine running in the program when I test it on my computer. (ITouch platform game, by the way)
but when I test it on the ITouch, the image becomes all blurry. The actor for the image is 2298 x 360.
Any help would be hot, thanks!

    I figured it out. Just had to cut the big image up into little pieces. The ITouch was too lazy to process the larger version xD

    The largest pixel dimension the iPhone allows for images is 1024. So 1024x1024 pixels is the largest image you can use.

    I f you need larger images, you need to lay them side by side.
