how to make the picture frame smaller

How can i make the frame of the picture as shown below smaller? I want to make it fit to the picture size ( the grey ball ).

    You'll need to crop the image using image-editing software such as Photoshop or Preview and then re-import it into GameSalad.

    But it has no background . The background is transparent .
    But I'll try to crop it .

    Because there is so much space around the image I'd go with the suggestion @tatiang gave and crop off the transparent area of the file - otherwise you'll be wasting memory and processor cycles handling a large file that you are only using a tiny part of.

    But if you had an image that you only wanted to trim down a little then you can crop images within GameSalad . . . hold on, I'll make you a quick video . . . .

    (P.S. when you pull the handles in to crop the image - hold down 'alt' to keep the actor centred).
