Gamesalad close the problem when click play / preview button

in Help Wanted

When i click play button my laptop hang and show below error and then Close the Program.

I am suing GameSalad Version 0.10.5

i am using windows 64 bit and i have IE version 8
I also try Windows Xp Vista Ie Version 9
but this software not working in both windows

    Open a support ticket. Did this happen straight away? Or, where you previously using the viewer a few times before the crash?
