Level Select with Tables for Windows

Has anyone been able to get a level select to work using tables for Windows. I can only ever get my game to unlock level two, but never the 3rd level. I have downloaded DBA table select and followed exactly what Darren had done except it seems he had a few things in there i couldnt get to because i have windows and he has Mac. Can any body with windows help me out on setting up a level select? I have been trying for 3 weeks. Thanks!
