Why is it not working with rotate

in Working with GS (Mac)

When touch is pressed on White area the black box change its velocity up, no problem there (there is no collide or so)

The red bars spawn like it should and all good with no rotate on them, but if i turn on rotate its spawned only 4-5 times and in different x position(like random)

What am i missing here

    In the spawn behaviour . . . change 'Relative' from actor to scene.
