scene in expression editor

Hi guys...I bought a menu template and am trying to add it to a game I'm almost finished with. The problem is that I dont understand one of the expressions the maker of the template used. The expression is under a constrain attribute and it says self.motion.linear velocity.y to -scene.drager.drager.motion.linear velocity.Y. The drager is an actor and also a scene layer. I tried just typing this expression in but it didnt work for me. I cant find the scene expression in the drop down menu on the editor... I'm not sure what to do. The template is a gshelper template called Awesome Cool Menu Template.

Scene attributes can be accessed via the drop-down menu in unlocked actors only.
