Bounciness

I'm having a problem in setting up physics for 2 actors.
I have a no movable explosion (actor A) and an actor (B) who should bounce away from it when colliding.
Sometimes the explosion moves away from B (often when it starts when inside of actor B).
And it looks like I'm not able to make actor B bounce away from it.
Houw should I setup both objects?

    Actor (B) I'm guessing as a start: Go into Physics, and under "restitution" increase the number higher to increase the "bounciness" of the actor

    That should at least help a bit or get you started :)
