Hi MagoNicolas, just google copyright free music, then you'll get a bundle of sites to visit. you might be lucky to get totally free music here and then, and the majority of stuff ranges from approx. £3/$4 up to £30/$40 and beyond. This'd be a one-off payment which gives you permission to use the track in your game. Hope that helps.

Hope you get loads of recommendations that are different from the one's you've googled then.

Did you search this forum? I know there have discussions on this. Have you thought about creating something in Garage Band?

    @ mago

I personally like Kevin MacLeod's music
He has a ton of variety and it's all royalty free
He accepts donations of course :)
    Go to incompetech.com

    Also try soundsnap.com

They have sound effects as well as some nice pieces there :)

    Good luck!

Up and coming bands are always looking for exposure.

Just hit up facebook or myspace for a band with a sound you like

Most unsigned bands will be happy about getting onto a video game and will let you use the music at no cost in trade for giving them credit and/or a link to their site.

As a filmmaker, I must kill you... slowly. Never have I seen worse directing or such painfully slow and wooden acting. I WANTED to like those movies... but I'm not a 13 year old girl :P
