It's all about replayability - people won't mind paying $.99 if they get some replay value out of it. Is the game exactly the same every time you play or is there some randomness?

You might also want to look at where your objects are spawned - sometimes they spawn higher than or below where the player can go.

This can be a little frustrating if you're losing points for missing things you can't actually get to!
