Anyone else having a problem with publisher?

when i try to publish an app, i go through the normal steps, then when it goes to 'sending to gs(blah blah)'
it gives me a message saying - The terms and policies have changed, please login to http://gamesalad.com to review these.

and it wont let me publish anything. Ive tried for 2 days now to login to gamesalad, tried re installing gs, and everything.

anyone know how to fix or is anyone suffering from the same issue.

    This keeps happening to me too. Someone please answer.... cant find an answer anywhere in the forum... HElp us!!!!!

    I made another post about it.

    I also did some tests. Its seems like anything over 30-50mb hangs at the end and you get timeout errors or policy change issues. Kinda sucks because I am not even close to hitting the size limit with a 140mb app, yet I cant publish it.

    I really can't afford to let this app go. I hope we get some insight from our fellow gamesaladers.

    I've been able to publish ok for the past day, and I send my app for publishing several times in a day as I update the code.

    Not sure if it makes a difference that I'm publishing to the Mac platform and not the iPhone/iPad.

    this has happened to me when i try to work with an app thats only 17.5 mb this sucks please fix this gs

    I tried at about 2 this morning and got the server time out error. I tried again today but noticed I had 3 of the same game uploaded(from my previous tries) but since I was following t-shirts tutorial there was never a file downloaded.

    So I went to my online profile and saw there was an iPhone image with the uploaded app icons- all are pending (didn't even know it did this). Is this usual? Is this because of the current update today?

    I deleted all the pending an was going to try again but the update hit and I can't try again till i've got the os4 sdk installed.

    Hope that's all it is.
