Please Explain Jumping

I have looked at ton's of topics but they never work for me. Can someone go through jumping from start to finish?

first you bend at the knees then trust your body up as fast as you can and when your feet are off the ground you are jumping lol

Just updated it with a nicer Jump method that I like. Very simple too.
