Sound will not play on arcade. What can I do?

I made a test game to try and get sound to work. It is one actor that plays a looping sound at full volume. It works fine in preview but not in the arcade. It is a wav file and yes my speakers are on everywhere possible. I am using the windows creator. My search for answers on the forum makes me think the windows creator can't play sounds but that seems hard to believe. Someone out there must have made a game on windows creator with sound on the arcade.

    So I just checked it on Chrome and the sound works. It still does not work on Internet Explorer. Suggestions? (other than only use Chrome)
