Questions and answers App

Hi guys,
Just wondering if anyone thinks it would be possible (or if its already been done) to make a decent questions and answers app. Something similar to the forum we are on right now where users could post a question which starts a thread that people can comment on, and possibly even receive 'thumbs up'.
I know its not the typical use for GS, but do you think its possible?

Why would you make an app for that when you could just make a website?

Because then the website could have an app that accompanied it.

@Chr0nos using gamesalad to create a website app would be a bit of a waste of time - it's not designed to do that. Other tools are. If you want to build an app based off of a website check out the likes of http://phonegap.com/ etc
