Enabling iAds in iTunesConnect

I need a little help setting up iAds. I got everything set up, but according to the tutorial i watched in GShelper, i need to enable iAds in iTunesConnect.

iTunesConnect has been updated after the tutorial video was made, and i can´t find an option to enable iAds anywhere. Where is it, or is it done differently now?

I have the iAd agreement, tax, banking etc. set up already.

Iads will now enable them self . Once I uploaded my game with iads I got a message from them saying once your game is accepted it will go to the iads department for them to look at and if apropit they will enable them.
