Touch and Key Up not Tally

Hey everyone,

Sorry if I post on the wrong section as this is my first time posting in forum. I'm having an issue whereby when I press up 2 times and it give me double jump but when I changed it Rule Check Attribute (according to the touch pad I assigned), it does not tally and give me 3 jump instead.

Please help me, thanks in advanced!
