Upgrade to pro before or after?

Hello guys,
I am happy to be here with you :hushed:
My question is:
If i make my game, all game, ready for publishing from a FREE account, I can upgrade to PRO and publish it on android market (on free account android version is not provided)?
To be more clear:
Pro account, start projects, finish for example 5 games, upgrade to pro and publish?

Is required to have a PRO account before starting projects?

Thanks!

no, you can just buy pro before you publish, but you may miss out on some features

Someone can tell me what I can miss? How can affect my game?
    Thanks!

Hold on.... now you can make your entire game ready to rock and roll, there are a FEW features that are not available, but that does NOT mean you cannot design your game first and implement these later (if you know the process). Alpha it, test it. Beta it, test it. Get it ready for more serious work and then upgrade during the later stages of your beta. Just saying. No reason to splurge until you are really ready to publish.
