How to Score when mouse is pressed or screen is touched?

I would like to get (set) points per (determined amount of length of time like for ex: 5 seconds or 10 seconds) while screen is touched or pressed upon.

I would like to get earn points for the length of time I stay on pressed, ON CONTACT with the screen (on touchscreens) or within the game area on computer.

When Mouse Button is Down
.....Timer every 0.1 seconds
..........Change attribute game.score to game.score+1.
