The provisioning profile included in the bundle [?] ([?]) is invalid. When submitting for review.

in iPhone and Android Publishing

Firstly, all certificates and profiles have been checked in Member Centre & xCode and are all valid. I uploaded through application loader (where you usually get provisioning profile errors) and all was fine. App build is showing in iTunes Connect and the binary state is "Validated".

One would expect to see an error like this: "The provisioning profile included in the bundle com.domain.appname[appname.app] is invalid."

But when I submit the app for review in iTunes Connect I get this (with the question marks!): "The provisioning profile included in the bundle [?] ([?]) is invalid."

Any ideas?
