How can I display how far a player is from beating the Game Center high score while playing?

The idea is to compete the current player directly against the score ranked #1 in Game Center.

e.g.

Current user collected 2 stars, #1 ranked score collected 100 stars. Display a text which shows that user needs 99 more stars to beat the top score.
