tilt controls and option screen not working?

hello there

so im currently doing the final touches on my game.

i have encountered an issue tho, in the options screen i have the button and tilt control but its not working. if i click on the tilt button, the red shade which is supposed to go from button to it, doesnt go. and doesnt actually do the tilting.

is there something im doing wrong? i have seen tutorials where they change the attribute into "self.color.alpha" but i cant find it

    How are you using tilt controls? Which attribute(s) are you using for your rule conditions for those controls? Have you verified that the attribute values are changing when you tilt the device (e.g. using Display Text behaviors to watch the values)?

    "Self" attributes are actor attributes. You can find them by looking in an actor and in this case, inside of the Color attribute you'll find Alpha. The value of self.Color.Alpha determines the opacity or transparency of an actor. A value of 1 is fully opaque, 0.5 is 50% transparent, 0 is fully transparent, etc.
