Gamesalad Viewer Help

I have followed tutorials on installing Gamesalad Viewer onto my device. I do have the latest version of Gamesalad Viewer installed as well as the latest version of Gamesalad Creator. However, when I go on the Gamesalad Viewer on my device, it says "connected to wifi...Gamesalad Creator not found". It directs me to connect to the same wifi as my Mac which I have done but still having the same error. There is no preview button for my device on the Gamesalad Creator. Please help.
